The Prince of Wales meets with the England Men’s football team to offer his best wishes for EURO 2024

The FA President, The Prince of Wales, paid a visit to St George's Park to offer his best wishes to the England Men's football team prior to the UEFA EURO 2024 tournament.

Upon arrival, His Royal Highness was warmly welcomed by England Head Coach Gareth Southgate.

He then proceeded to present each of the 26 players with their team shirts and engaged in conversations with them about their experiences within the squad.

In addition to this, schools from various regions in the Midlands were granted the opportunity to partake in a football festival hosted at St George's Park in celebration of the England team's departure for the tournament.

The Prince of Wales, along with England captain Harry Kane, striker Ollie Watkins, and former England women's international Jill Scott, joined in the festivities.

They interacted with the young players as they competed in a series of friendly matches against each other, spreading a sense of camaraderie and excitement amongst all participants.
