The Duchess of Edinburgh makes a visit to West Sussex

During the 26th Jim Green Challenge organized by the South of England Agricultural Society, the Duchess of Edinburgh engaged with students, college representatives, Society staff, and volunteers involved in the event.

This annual competition, which brought together 120 participants with additional needs, featured various skill-based activities like practical crafts and verbal identification projects.

During her visit to Manor Green College, Her Royal Highness interacted with students from different departments such as catering, design & technology, and life skills, as well as with Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) participants and trainers.

The Duchess also had the opportunity to speak with the "Super Siblings" group, consisting of children and their siblings who receive support through recreational activities to alleviate the challenges faced by siblings of individuals with additional needs or disabilities.
