Her Majesty, the Queen, makes a visit to Northern Ireland

The day kicked off with the arrival of Her Majesty in Belfast City Centre to engage with three esteemed small businesses in Northern Ireland – Coffey’s Butchers, Arcadia Delicatessen, and Knotts Craft Bakery.

Later on, The Queen proceeded to The Rifles at Thiepval Barracks in Lisburn, where she received a Royal Salute and observed the parade performing a march and double-past.

The rest of the Battalion and their families were in attendance to witness the parade.

Subsequently, Her Majesty joined the Riflemen and their families for a reception.

At Hillsborough Castle, Her Majesty graced a special event organized by The Queen's Reading Room.

The gathering showcased performances by poets and actors, spotlighting the finest Northern Irish poetry.

After the performances, The Queen socialized with the attendees, which included the First Minister and Deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland.
